1. Overview

CollectLab offers selected in-stock collectibles through an Installment Payment Plan.

This service allows customers to reserve an available product by paying a 10% non-refundable reservation deposit, followed by scheduled monthly installment payments.

The reserved product is removed from public sale and held exclusively for the customer until either:

• all payments have been completed; or
• the Installment Plan is cancelled in accordance with this policy.

2. Reservation Deposit

A 10% non-refundable reservation deposit is required to activate any Installment Plan.

Once the reservation deposit has been successfully received:

• the product is immediately reserved exclusively for the customer;
• the product is removed from available inventory;
• CollectLab commits inventory specifically for that customer;
• the product is professionally packed;
• the packed product is transferred to our secure storage facility where it remains reserved until the payment plan has been completed.

The reservation deposit secures the reserved collectible and compensates CollectLab for inventory allocation, handling, packaging and long-term storage.

The reservation deposit is non-refundable, except where otherwise required by applicable law.

3. Selecting a Payment Plan

Available installment plans are displayed on each eligible product page.

Customers may choose one of the available payment schedules before completing checkout.

Before completing the purchase, customers will be able to see:

• today's payment;
• reservation deposit;
• remaining balance;
• monthly installment amount;
• number of installments.

4. Payment Schedule

Monthly installments become due every 30 calendar days according to the selected payment plan.

Before every scheduled installment CollectLab (or its payment provider) will send a payment reminder together with a secure payment link to the customer's registered email address.

Each installment must be paid within 3 business days from the date the payment request has been issued.

5. Customer Responsibilities

Customers are responsible for:

• maintaining a valid email address;
• monitoring incoming payment reminders;
• completing each installment on time;
• keeping payment information accurate and up to date.

Failure to receive payment reminders because of spam filters, incorrect contact details or customer-side technical issues does not extend payment deadlines.

6. Early Payment

Customers may pay the remaining balance in full at any time before the final scheduled installment.

No additional fees or penalties apply for early repayment.

7. Interest & Fees

Unless expressly stated otherwise during checkout:

• CollectLab does not charge interest;
• CollectLab does not charge financing fees;
• customers pay only the agreed product price.

8. Failed or Missed Payments

If an installment payment:

• is not completed;
• is declined;
• expires;
• or remains unpaid for more than 3 business days,

CollectLab may:

• cancel the Installment Plan;
• terminate the reservation;
• return the product to available inventory.

The 10% reservation deposit remains non-refundable.

Any installment payments received in excess of the reservation deposit will be refunded using the original payment method whenever possible.

9. Voluntary Cancellation

If the customer decides to cancel the Installment Plan before completing all scheduled payments:

• the reservation deposit remains non-refundable;
• any additional installment payments already received beyond the reservation deposit will be refunded using the original payment method.

10. Storage of Reserved Products

After the reservation deposit has been received:

• the product is professionally packed;
• labelled with the customer's order information;
• transferred to our dedicated secure storage area;
• reserved exclusively for that customer.

The product remains unavailable for purchase by other customers while the Installment Plan remains active.

11. Shipping

Ownership of the product transfers only after:

• all scheduled installments have been successfully paid;
• the order has been fully completed.

Orders are dispatched within 1–3 business days after receipt of the final payment.

12. Shipping Charges

Shipping costs are not included in the reservation deposit or installment payments unless expressly stated during checkout.

Shipping charges are calculated before the final payment.

For oversized, heavy or multi-box collectibles, shipping costs are calculated according to the carrier's current rates applicable on the shipping date.

Customers may alternatively collect their order free of charge from the CollectLab Showroom in Bratislava during regular business hours.

13. Product Condition During Storage

Reserved products remain:

• unopened;
• securely packed;
• safely stored;
• protected from resale.

CollectLab takes reasonable care to preserve the condition of all reserved collectibles while they remain in storage.

14. Changes to Installment Plans

Installment schedules cannot normally be modified after purchase.

Any exception remains entirely at CollectLab's sole discretion.

15. Product Returns

Once the product has been delivered, returns are governed by the CollectLab Return & Refund Policy.

This Installment Policy applies only to the payment process before shipment.

16. Right to Cancel an Installment Agreement

CollectLab reserves the right to terminate any Installment Plan in cases including, but not limited to:

• overdue installment payments;
• suspected fraud;
• abuse of the payment system;
• technical errors;
• force majeure.

Where CollectLab cancels an agreement because of customer default, the reservation deposit remains non-refundable.

17. Limitation of Availability

Installment Plans are available only for products specifically marked as eligible.

CollectLab reserves the right to change, suspend or discontinue installment options for future purchases at any time.

18. Acceptance

By selecting an Installment Plan and paying the reservation deposit, the customer confirms that they:

• have read this Installment Payment Policy;
• understand the selected payment schedule;
• understand that the 10% reservation deposit is non-refundable, except where required by applicable law;
• agree to complete all scheduled payments according to the selected plan.
