CollectLab is committed to providing authentic, premium-quality collectibles from trusted manufacturers and authorised distribution channels.

This policy explains product authenticity, manufacturer warranties and what is considered a manufacturing defect.

1. Authenticity Guarantee

CollectLab guarantees that every product sold on our website is 100% authentic.

Products are sourced directly from:

• manufacturers;

• authorised distributors;

• official wholesale partners;

• licensed suppliers.

CollectLab does not sell counterfeit, replica or imitation products.

2. Product Quality

Every product is visually inspected before shipment whenever reasonably possible.

For factory-sealed products where inspection would require opening sealed packaging, the manufacturer seal remains intact.

3. Manufacturing Defects

If a product arrives with a genuine manufacturing defect, CollectLab will assist the customer in accordance with the manufacturer's warranty procedures.

Examples may include:

• broken parts upon arrival;

• missing factory components;

• manufacturing defects;

• significant assembly defects.

Customers should contact CollectLab within 48 hours after delivery.

Please include:

• order number;

• photographs of the product;

• photographs of the packaging;

• detailed description of the issue.

4. Manufacturer Warranty

Warranty coverage varies depending on the manufacturer.

Where applicable, warranty claims may be handled directly by the manufacturer or through CollectLab.

CollectLab will assist customers throughout the warranty process whenever possible.

5. What Is NOT Considered a Manufacturing Defect

Because many products sold by CollectLab are hand-painted, hand-assembled or limited production collectibles, the following are generally not considered manufacturing defects:

• minor paint variations;

• slight colour differences;

• minor glue residue;

• small mould lines;

• tiny imperfections in hand-painted finishes;

• slight asymmetry;

• minor packaging imperfections;

• differences between prototype images and final production;

• manufacturer design revisions.

These characteristics are common within the collectible industry.

6. Product Packaging

Original packaging is designed primarily to protect the collectible during transportation.

Minor wear, small dents, scratches or imperfections to the outer packaging caused during transportation are not considered product defects.

CollectLab cannot guarantee mint-condition packaging unless explicitly stated otherwise.

7. Collector Boxes

For many premium collectibles, the original packaging forms part of the collectible value.

Customers are encouraged to retain:

• original box;

• protective inserts;

• certificates;

• accessories;

• bonus items.

These may be required for future warranty claims.

8. Blind Boxes

Blind Box products are random by design.

CollectLab cannot guarantee:

• specific characters;

• Secret Editions;

• complete collections;

• absence of duplicate figures.

Receiving a duplicate or an unwanted character is not considered a defect.

9. Limited Edition Products

Limited edition products may sell out permanently.

If replacement stock is unavailable, warranty claims may be resolved by:

• manufacturer replacement;

• repair;

• store credit;

• refund,

depending on product availability and manufacturer policies.

10. Customer Damage

Warranty does not cover damage resulting from:

• accidental drops;

• improper handling;

• misuse;

• modifications;

• exposure to water;

• exposure to excessive heat;

• normal wear and tear.

11. Shipping Damage

If a product arrives visibly damaged during transportation, customers should notify CollectLab within 48 hours of delivery.

Please provide photographs before opening or disposing of the shipping packaging whenever possible.

12. Limitation of Warranty

CollectLab acts as a retailer.

Except where otherwise required by law, warranty coverage is limited to the terms provided by the original manufacturer.

CollectLab cannot provide warranty coverage beyond that offered by the manufacturer.
