These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the CollectLab website, products and services operated by ALTA GROUP S.R.L.

By accessing our website or placing an order, you confirm that you have read, understood and agreed to these Terms.

By placing an order you confirm that:

• you are legally capable of entering into a binding contract;
• all information you provide is accurate and complete;
• you will use our services only for lawful purposes.

CollectLab specializes in:

• premium collectible figures;
• statues;
• die-cast models;
• designer toys;
• fashion dolls;
• licensed collectibles;
• pre-order collectibles.

We make every effort to present products accurately.

However:

• colours may vary depending on display settings;
• manufacturers may change products during production;
• prototype images may differ from final production items.

4. Pricing

All prices are displayed in EUR unless otherwise stated.

Prices may include or exclude VAT depending on the customer's shipping destination.

CollectLab reserves the right to correct pricing errors before accepting an order.

Obvious pricing mistakes do not create a binding sales contract.

5. Orders

Submitting an order does not automatically create a binding agreement.

Orders become accepted only after:

• payment has been successfully authorised (or deposit received for pre-orders); and
• CollectLab confirms order acceptance.

CollectLab reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order before shipment.

6. Pre-Orders

Certain products are sold as pre-orders.

Pre-orders are governed by the separate Pre-Order Deposit Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms.

By placing a pre-order, customers also agree to the Pre-Order Deposit Policy.

7. Payments

CollectLab accepts payment methods displayed during checkout.

Available payment methods may vary by country.

Installment plans and reservation deposits are subject to separate terms displayed during checkout.

8. Shipping

Delivery estimates are provided in good faith but are not guaranteed.

CollectLab is not responsible for delays caused by:

• manufacturers;
• logistics providers;
• customs authorities;
• force majeure;
• circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

Shipping risk transfers to the customer upon delivery.

9. Returns

Returns are governed by our Return & Refund Policy.

Please read the policy before placing an order.

10. Product Availability

CollectLab cannot guarantee continuous availability.

Manufacturers may:

• discontinue products;
• reduce allocations;
• cancel releases;
• change specifications.

CollectLab reserves the right to cancel orders if products become unavailable.

11. Intellectual Property

All content published on CollectLab including:

• logos;
• trademarks;
• text;
• graphics;
• photographs;
• videos;
• website design;

is protected by copyright and intellectual property laws.

No content may be copied or reproduced without prior written permission.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law:

CollectLab shall not be liable for:

• indirect losses;
• consequential damages;
• loss of profits;
• business interruption;
• delays outside our reasonable control.

Our total liability shall never exceed the amount paid for the relevant order.

Nothing in these Terms excludes rights that cannot legally be excluded under applicable consumer protection law.

Personal data is processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

14. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the Slovak Republic.

Any disputes shall be resolved by the competent courts of Slovakia unless mandatory consumer protection legislation provides otherwise.

Updated versions become effective immediately upon publication on this website.
